Job Description
Implement and enforce comprehensive workplace Safety guidelines across manufacturing facilities.
Conduct detailed Hazard Analysis and risk assessments to identify potential operational dangers on the factory floor.
Enforce statutory protocols and environmental safety regulations defined by Central Labour Institute (CLI) guidelines.
Coordinate with Regional Labour Institute standards to maintain legal safety compliance and plant audit logs.
Oversee overall Industrial Safety practices, including machine guarding, chemical handling, and emergency response procedures.
Organize safety training programs, tool-box talks, and emergency evacuation drills for plant personnel.
Maintain complete documentation for safety inspections, incident reports, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
Qualifications
Candidate Profile: B.Tech / M.Tech / Diploma in Industrial Safety from RLI (Regional Labour Institute) or CLI (Central Labour Institute).
5-8 Yrs of dedicated experience in industrial safety management within manufacturing setups.
Proven practical expertise in hazard identification, risk assessment, and statutory safety compliance.
Deep knowledge of factory safety acts, environmental health standards, and CLI/RLI regulatory frameworks.
Strong leadership, analytical troubleshooting, and clear technical communication skills.
