Retail Store Executive

Manage daily retail store operations independently with minimal supervision based on overall brand direction.

Execute active customer service, assisting store visitors with merchandise selection, apparel sizes, and pop-culture collectibles.

Handle Billing desk software, processing cash, card, and digital payments accurately.

Assist store leads with basic store Budgeting, daily expense logging, and cash management routines.

Conduct regular inventory counts, stock receiving checks, and shelf organization in Stores.

Participate in staff Training sessions to learn about new collection launches, promotional campaigns, and upselling techniques.

Maintain organized sales records, customer feedback sheets, and store opening/closing checklists.

Higher Secondary (10+2) or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

1–3 Yrs of experience in retail store sales, brand outlets, or lifestyle apparel counter sales.

Ability to work independently with given direction, make quick decisions, and take ownership of store tasks.

Energetic personality, strong customer communication skills, and high passion for retail operations.
