Retail Store Executive

Drive walk-in sales across retail outlets, specializing in healthcare products, orthopaedic supports, and footcare/footsol range.

Manage counter sales operations, engaging directly with customers to demonstrate product fit and usage benefits.

Maintain attractive visual merchandising, product shelving, and stock display standards across store counters.

Monitor store inventory levels, conduct stock audits, and request stock replenishment for fast-moving items.

Deliver empathetic customer assistance, guiding patients and elderly walk-ins toward appropriate wellness products.

Process POS sales billing transactions accurately and manage daily cash drawer reconciliations.

Maintain clean store environments, promotional material setups, and customer interaction registers.

Higher Secondary (10+2) or Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Healthcare, or related streams.

3–5 Yrs of experience in retail store sales, healthcare retail, or counter sales management.

Direct familiarity with retail sales practices, footwear/orthopaedic products, and inventory management.

Strong interpersonal communication, customer-focused orientation, and active sales drive.
