Play a significant role in maximizing financial performance, revenue generation, and profitability of the restaurant outlet.
Drive marketing and promotional initiatives focused on attracting hotel guests and external diners to enhance outlet footfall.
Oversee daily restaurant operations, service standards, guest relations, and inventory management to ensure exceptional dining experiences.
Manage floor staff deployment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations in coordination with HR.
Monitor quality control, hygiene standards, and compliance with hospitality regulations.
Qualifications
Experience: 4 to 9 years of relevant experience in restaurant management or upscale hospitality.
