Job Description
Source and drive sales for banking assets and retail lending products, including Housing Loans (HL), Business Loans, and Loan Against Property (LAP).
Maintain and grow Monthly Average Balance (MAB) portfolios by onboarding high-value individual and business accounts.
Conduct field visits to meet prospective borrowers, evaluate credit needs, and collect necessary loan documentation.
Coordinate with branch credit, underwriting, and operations teams to ensure fast-track loan processing and disbursement.
Lead and support team members (for Team Leader role) to meet branch-level sales targets and key performance indicators.
Compensation:
Salary: ₹1.5–4 Lacs PA.
Qualifications
Higher Secondary (10+2), Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Any Discipline.
1-3 Yrs of experience in retail banking sales, home loans, business loans, or financial asset distribution (Open to Freshers).
Good knowledge of local retail banking markets and loan documentation procedures.
Strong negotiation, customer relationship, and target-driven mindset.
