Quality Supervisor

Supervise and coordinate quality assurance and quality control operations across the injection moulding production line.

Conduct in-process, line, and final quality inspections of moulded plastic components against engineering drawings and client standards.

Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot injection moulding defects such as flash, sink marks, short shots, warping, and flow lines.

Manage precision measuring instruments including vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and profile projectors.

Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to minimize rejection rates.

Maintain comprehensive quality control documentation, shift rejection records, inspection test plans, and compliance reports.

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Polymer, Plastics, Production, or Automobile Engineering.

2 to 4 years of proven hands-on experience in quality control within the plastic injection moulding industry.

Strong technical expertise in identifying moulding defects and interpreting technical part drawings.

Familiarity with standard quality management tools (7 QC tools, 5S, CAPA).

Effective supervisory, communication, and shop-floor team coordination skills.
