Job Description
Execute visual inspection routines and quality checks on raw materials, fabrics, or textile components.
Ensure manufacturing output aligns with specified quality standards and customer requirements in the Textile Industry.
Identify surface flaws, weaving faults, color variations, or material defects during continuous production checks.
Coordinate with shop-floor teams to isolate non-compliant batches and prevent defective shipments.
Perform basic dimensional checks and material counts on incoming and outgoing inventory.
Maintain structured quality audit sheets, shift defect trackers, and daily inspection logs.
Qualifications
Qualification: 10th / 12th pass, ITI, or relevant diploma background.
0–1 Yrs of experience, structured for freshers and entry-level quality candidates.
Background or interest in the Textile Industry, manufacturing processes, and visual inspection.
Practical understanding of quality checks, observational skills, and reliability.
