Quality Inspector

Perform routine Quality Inspection Work and visual inspection on manufactured parts and paintshop components.

Operate measuring tools through hands-on instrument handling, including Vernier Caliper and Micrometer devices.

Check dimensional accuracy, coating quality, and surface finish against engineering drawings.

Identify non-conforming items, log defective components, and report quality issues to line supervisors.

Support line quality checks in automotive and industrial manufacturing setups.

Maintain complete daily quality logs, measurement sheets, and inspection reports.

ITI, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or related streams.

0–1 Yrs of experience; open to entry-level freshers and early-career inspectors.

Proficiency in handling quality measuring instruments like Vernier Caliper and Micrometer.

Strong visual inspection capabilities and attention to manufacturing detail.
