Quality Inspector

Conduct thorough inspections of machining processes, CNC/VMC operations, and finished automotive components.

Ensure strict adherence to ISO standards, quality control protocols, and customer-specific engineering requirements.

Perform Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) reviews and implement risk mitigation strategies on the line.

Identify non-conformances, analyze root causes of manufacturing defects, and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Supervise calibration of gauges and measuring instruments used across the shop floor.

Maintain daily inspection registers, rejection analysis reports, and quality audit documentation.

Compensation:

Salary: ₹4–6 Lacs PA.

Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Automobile, or Production Engineering (DME/BE).

3–5 Yrs of hands-on experience in quality inspection within automotive machining or precision engineering industries.

Strong working knowledge of ISO standards, PFMEA, 7 QC Tools, and Quality Management Systems (QMS).

Proficient in reading engineering drawings and handling precision measurement equipment.
