Quality Incharge

Lead Quality Inspection and Quality Control routines across sheet metal, fabrication, and assembly lines.

Perform defect root-cause analysis utilizing 8D Analysis and implement CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) procedures.

Drive Kaizen continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor to minimize operational defects and waste.

Inspect incoming raw materials, in-process assemblies, and finished bus door systems before dispatch.

Supervise quality inspectors and align manufacturing practices with company quality standards.

Maintain detailed CAPA logs, non-conformance reports (NCR), and daily quality inspection logs.

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering.

1-3 Yrs of hands-on quality engineering experience.

Experience in sheet metal, fabrication, or assembly industry is preferred.

Practical understanding of quality tools like 8D Analysis, CAPA, and Kaizen methodologies.
