Job Description
Perform rigorous Quality Inspection and incoming/in-process dimensional checks across sheet metal components and door assembly lines.
Manage end-to-end Quality Control operations in a sheet metal, fabrication, or assembly environment.
Lead 8D Analysis root cause investigations for non-conformances, component defects, and customer complaints.
Implement robust CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) procedures to eliminate recurring manufacturing flaws.
Drive Kaizen initiatives across shop-floor lines to continuously improve quality standards and cut defect rates.
Supervise inspectors and floor operators to enforce compliance with engineering drawings and tolerance limits.
Maintain organized quality audit logs, inspection test reports, and defect registers.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related technical disciplines.
0–1 Yrs of experience, accommodating driven entry-level candidates up to experienced quality leads.
Industry Preference: Experience in sheet metal, fabrication, or assembly industry preferred.
Practical hands-on understanding of 8D analysis, CAPA, Kaizen, and precision measuring instruments.
