Quality Engineer

Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of manufactured components on the shop floor.

Execute Quality Control routines within the Machine Shop environment, ensuring components meet technical drawings and tolerance limits.

Apply core Quality engineering principles to identify dimensional deviations, product defects, and machining errors.

Utilize precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to inspect machined parts and maintain calibration logs.

Work directly from the manufacturing facility to support shop-floor quality inspection routines.

Conduct root cause analysis on non-conforming items and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Maintain accurate quality inspection reports, reject logs, and quality compliance documentation.

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical fields.

0–1 Yrs of experience, making it ideal for fresh graduates and entry-level quality engineers.

Baseline understanding of machine shop operations, technical drawing readings, and quality inspection tools.

High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and systematic record-keeping habits.
