Quality Control Officer

Direct quality control operations across petroleum, lubricant, and energy product testing facilities.

Apply structured project management principles to streamline laboratory testing workflows, sample throughput, and release timelines.

Perform detailed data analysis on product specification metrics, batch trends, and quality control parameters.

Implement rigorous quality control procedures to ensure product compliance with national and international fuel/lubricant standards.

Leverage software testing and digital laboratory information management systems (LIMS) for automated data logging and reporting.

Conduct root cause analysis for off-spec product batches and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Maintain complete quality audit registries, calibration schedules, and safety compliance logs.

Degree in Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Technology, Chemistry, or related quantitative/technical fields.

5-8 Yrs of experience in quality control, lab management, or technical quality assurance.

Proven track record in data analysis, laboratory software utilization, and quality project execution.

Strong baseline understanding of petroleum/lubricant quality testing protocols, statistical process control, and safety regulations.

Exceptional analytical reasoning, organizational, and technical communication capabilities.
