QA/QC Engineer

Perform quality assurance and quality control checks across residential building construction projects.

Inspect incoming raw materials, concrete mixes, steel structures, and finishing works for standards compliance.

Implement structured quality assurance plans to maintain high product quality across civil works.

Conduct regular site audits to ensure construction operations comply with building codes and engineering specifications.

Identify structural defects, log non-conformance reports (NCRs), and verify corrective action implementation.

Maintain complete QA/QC documentation, material test reports, and quality audit registers.

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

3–5 Yrs of hands-on experience in civil QA/QC, quality control, and building compliance.

Strong technical background in civil engineering standards, product quality checks, and building specifications.

Excellent observational skills, compliance enforcement, and technical report writing.
