QA/QC Engineer

Develop and implement comprehensive quality control plans to ensure project standards across infrastructure works.

Execute rigorous quality audits, raw material testing, and structural compliance checks on site.

Oversee regulatory and technical compliance to guarantee project deliverables meet specifications.

Coordinate with project leads, contractors, and third-party inspectors to resolve complex quality disputes.

Lead quality reporting frameworks and deliver continuous process improvement feedback.

Maintain complete quality control logs, compliance records, and non-conforming item tracking files.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Management, or related technical disciplines.

3-5 Yrs of extensive senior-level experience in QA/QC engineering for infrastructure projects.

Core expertise in developing quality control plans, compliance frameworks, and site QA execution.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills paired with strong technical leadership.
