Purchase & Store Manager

Direct and manage overall material procurement, store management, and inventory control routines.

Negotiate contracts, pricing terms, and delivery schedules with raw material vendors and suppliers.

Monitor stock levels, implement FIFO inventory practices, and prevent material stockouts or surplus.

Oversee warehouse receiving, inward material inspection, binning, and store safety protocols.

Conduct regular physical inventory audits and reconcile store stock ledgers with ERP entries.

Maintain complete procurement records, supplier performance evaluations, and purchase histories.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or related fields.

3-5 Yrs of experience in material procurement, store operations, and inventory management.

Strong leadership, vendor negotiation, and store administration capabilities.
