Purchase Executive

Perform comprehensive market research to identify reliable suppliers for Electronic Components Manufacturing operations.

Process procurement entries and material requisitions using enterprise ERP systems.

Manage direct sourcing and inventory replenishment for specialized Electronic Components and hardware assemblies.

Negotiate rates, lead times, and terms with component distributors and OEMs.

Track order fulfillment stages, coordinating shipment dispatches and customs/transit documentation.

Conduct supplier performance evaluations based on component defect rates and on-time delivery percentages.

Maintain clean ERP procurement databases, purchase requisitions, and price history records.

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.

3–5 Yrs of experience in purchasing and sourcing within electronics manufacturing or technology domains.

Solid knowledge of market research techniques, ERP tools, and electronic component supply chains.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and negotiation capabilities.
