Purchase Executive

Serve as a Supply chain management Executive responsible for procuring materials across production units.

Manage end-to-end Purchase Order lifecycles, ensuring timely placement, tracking, and delivery execution.

Execute accurate PO Creation routines within ERP tools for raw materials, fabrics, and production inventory.

Source specialized garment components, including Trims, threads, labels, and accessories for production pipelines.

Oversee material procurement specifically tailored for the Textile, Clothing, and Apparel manufacturing sectors.

Monitor supplier performance, evaluate material quality against standards, and manage delivery schedules.

Maintain detailed purchase registries, inventory logs, and vendor payment tracking sheets.

Degree in Textile Technology, Fashion Apparel Management, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related fields.

3–5 Yrs of experience in textile procurement, garment trims sourcing, or apparel supply chain execution.

Direct hands-on mastery in Purchase Order generation, vendor coordination, and raw material tracking.

Deep domain understanding of textile materials, clothing production lifecycles, and trims specifications.

Excellent negotiation, organizational, and inventory management capabilities.
