Purchase Executive

Oversee day-to-day Material Management routines, ensuring consistent raw material supply for food manufacturing and retail operations.

Execute end-to-end Inventory Management practices to track ingredient usage, prevent stockouts, and manage shelf-life expiration.

Drive Purchase Management workflows, including vendor sourcing, rate comparisons, and order placement.

Manage direct Purchase transactions, negotiating pricing and delivery schedules with raw material suppliers.

Coordinate with inventory and production teams to reconcile stock levels and handle reorder thresholds.

Maintain clean purchase order logs, supplier master files, and delivery tracking sheets.

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.

1–3 Yrs of experience; freshers with strong analytical and communication skills are welcome to apply.

Strong baseline knowledge of material procurement, inventory control, and supplier interaction.

Excellent numerical capability, attention to detail, and communication skills.
