Purchase Executive

Direct technical Purchase operations, handling raw material requisitions and component sourcing for mechatronic manufacturing.

Lead Vendor Development programs to evaluate, onboard, and establish relationships with new manufacturing suppliers.

Drive end-to-end Supplier Management, tracking vendor delivery timelines, quality metrics, and performance scorecards.

Execute commercial Vendor Negotiation to secure optimal pricing terms, payment cycles, and delivery schedules.

Coordinate with engineering and shop-floor leads to verify component technical specifications prior to order placement.

Resolve supplier delivery delays, rate discrepancies, and non-conforming material issues.

Maintain organized archives of vendor contracts, rate comparisons, purchase orders, and procurement logs.

Preferred candidate profile: Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines.

3–5 Yrs of hands-on experience in industrial purchasing, vendor development, and technical supply chain management.

Strong baseline understanding of mechanical/mechatronic components, commercial procurement terms, and negotiation strategies.

High communication capability, problem-solving mindset, and systematic negotiation skills.
