Purchase Executive

Direct and execute the procurement of electrical assemblies, automation parts, sensors, switchgears, and programmable logic controller (PLC) modules required for industrial air filtration systems.

Source, evaluate, and establish strong strategic relationships with reliable industrial suppliers and electrical component distributors.

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, volume discounts, warranties, and delivery lead times to minimize overall procurement costs without compromising technical standards.

Review purchase requisitions against technical datasheets, Bills of Materials (BOM), and engineering specifications to ensure accuracy prior to issuing purchase orders (POs).

Track active orders from issuance to delivery, actively resolving customs, logistics, or vendor supply bottlenecks to avoid factory downtime.

Conduct regular supplier performance assessments regarding quality conformance, on-time delivery metrics, and post-sales technical support.

Maintain comprehensive documentation of purchase orders, supplier contracts, invoice verifications, and goods received notes (GRN) within ERP systems.

Any Bachelor's Degree with working technical knowledge in Electrical Engineering concepts.

Minimum 5 Years of industrial purchasing experience, specifically procuring electrical systems, automation components, or PLC units.

Sound technical understanding of electrical control panels, PLC automation architectures, circuit breakers, and industrial instrumentation.

Proven track record in supplier relationship management, commercial negotiation, and cost optimization within engineering or manufacturing sectors.

High proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) procurement modules, supply chain documentation, and advanced MS Excel.
