Manage end-to-end IT and infrastructure procurement operations to support large-scale emergency response networks.

Oversee enterprise Procurement strategies, ensuring compliance with organizational budgets and standards.

Execute tactical Material Procurement workflows for equipment, technical assets, and operational inventory.

Build and maintain robust vendor management frameworks, conducting periodic supplier audits and evaluations.

Coordinate cross-functionally across SCM pipelines to streamline logistics, warehousing, and asset deployment.

Negotiate high-value supply contracts, equipment warranties, and service-level agreements (SLAs).

Maintain complete purchase records, asset allocation logs, and compliance documentation.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Materials Management, Engineering, or Business Administration.

5-8 Yrs of extensive professional experience managing IT, technical, or infrastructure procurement systems.

Proven history in managing enterprise vendor relationships, material logistics, and large-scale SCM operations.

Strong structural understanding of IT hardware procurement, infrastructure supply chains, and contract law.

Exceptional strategic leadership, negotiation, and cross-functional project management skills.
