Project Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a Data & Insights Manager to build and manage the data backbone of SIE, covering programs such as CFI, Nirmaan, and related initiatives. The role involves data management, reporting, and analytics to support decision-making, fundraising, and impact tracking.

Role & responsibilities

Maintain and manage centralized databases (teams, startups, events, funding, mentors, MoUs)
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely updates
Define and track KPIs across programs (CFI, Nirmaan, outreach, etc.)
Prepare data for: o CSR proposals o Utilization & progress reports o Impact summaries
Build dashboards, reports, and executive summaries
Create SOPs for data entry and reporting
Maintain historical and archival data
Support website, brochures, and external reporting accuracy

Preferred candidate profile

Requirements

Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (must-have)
High attention to detail and structured thinking
Ability to work across multiple teams

Preferred

Experience in startup ecosystem / CSR / education programs
Exposure to Power BI / dashboards / analytics tools
