Job Description
Perform electronics component assembly, testing, and packaging on fast-paced production lines.
Operate assigned assembly machinery and hand tools in adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Assist in manual soldering, wiring placement, sub-assembly fitting, and visual inspection of electronic products.
Identify defective components, report assembly line bottlenecks, and support scrap reduction efforts.
Maintain clean work areas, comply with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety precautions, and practice 5S.
Work Schedule, Compensation & Benefits:
Take Home Salary: ₹16,000 per month
Extra Earnings / OT: ₹3,000 – ₹5,000 per month (Overtime available)
Attendance Bonus: ₹750
Additional Benefits: PF & ESI, Duty Time Meals provided
Shift Timings: General Shift (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM)

Qualifications
10th Pass / 12th Pass / Any Diploma / Any Degree.
Experience: 0 to 1 Yr (Open to Freshers / Entry-Level Candidates).
Age Limit: 18 to 30 Years.

High physical stamina, manual dexterity, and willingness to learn electronics manufacturing operations.
