Job Description
Perform electronics component assembly, testing, sorting, and packing on the production line.
Execute assembly line tasks in strict accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and line instructions.
Assist in manual fitting, wiring, basic soldering, and initial visual inspections to maintain product quality.
Comply with Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) protocols, workplace safety standards, and shop floor 5S practices.
Coordinate with line supervisors and team members to meet daily shift output quotas.
Work Schedule, Compensation & Benefits:
Take Home Salary: ₹16,000 per month
Extra Earnings / OT: ₹3,000 – ₹5,000 per month (Overtime available)
Attendance Bonus: ₹750
Benefits: PF & ESI, Duty Time Meal provided
Shift Timings: General Shift (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM)

Qualifications
10th Pass / 12th Pass / Any Diploma / Any Degree.
Experience: 0 to 1 Yr (Open to Freshers and Entry-Level Candidates).
Age Limit: 18 to 30 Years.
Gender: Male & Female candidates eligible.
High attention to detail, good manual dexterity, and willingness to learn assembly operations.
