Job Description
Work directly on shop-floor assembly and manufacturing lines for automotive brake component production.
Operate, monitor, and handle assigned production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
Meet daily/shift output targets under the direct guidance and supervision of the line supervisor.
Perform basic line checks, maintain workpiece quality, and minimize component rejection or rework.
Follow all shop-floor safety protocols, use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintain 5S cleanliness around the workstation.
Work flexibly across 8-hour rotational shifts.
Compensation & Benefits
Monthly Salary: ₹16,500 per month
Overtime (OT): ₹75 per hour (as per company norms)
Attendance Bonus: ₹1,050 for full-month attendance

Uniform & Safety Gear: Uniform and Safety Shoes available at subsidized rates
Qualifications
Education: 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma / Any Degree / B.E. (All streams welcome).
Experience: 0 to 3+ Years (Both Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply).
Age Limit: 18 to 35 Years.
Gender Preference: Male Candidates Only.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts in an automotive manufacturing environment.
