Production Supervisor

Oversee daily manufacturing and textile production workflows on the factory shop floor.

Conduct employee training sessions for shift operators on standard operating procedures and safety standards.

Implement Kaizen routines and continuous improvement practices to eliminate production waste.

Maintain strict quality control protocols across raw material usage, processing, and finished goods.

Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure seamless material movement and stock tracking.

Maintain organized daily production reports, defect logs, and shift handover records.

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Textile Technology, Production Engineering, or related streams.

1–3 Yrs of experience in shop-floor supervision, production planning, or manufacturing operations.

Hands-on knowledge of quality control, continuous improvement tools (Kaizen), and inventory flow.

Strong team management capabilities, training aptitude, and process discipline.
