Job Description
Supervise day-to-day manufacturing operations and shop-floor production activities.
Manage manpower allocation, workload distribution, and shift operations effectively.
Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly production targets are consistently met.
Monitor product quality parameters, process flow, and machine performance.
Enforce strict compliance with workplace safety standards, PPE guidelines, and plant protocols.
Coordinate cross-functionally with maintenance, quality control, and logistics departments.
Maintain daily production logs, output sheets, shift summaries, and operational reports.

Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Metallurgy, Production, or related field).
Prior practical experience in steel manufacturing, pipe manufacturing, or metal fabrication is preferred.
In-depth understanding of industrial production lines and manufacturing processes.
Proven team handling, shift management, and shop-floor supervisory capabilities.
Strong interpersonal communication and inter-departmental coordination skills.
Complete willingness to work in rotating plant shifts.
