Job Description
Supervise daily shop floor operations, manpower allocation, and production line productivity.
Monitor welding and pressing manufacturing operations within the fabrication plant environment.
Enforce 5S discipline, line cleanliness, and shop floor safety practices across shifts.
Track hourly production targets, minimize downtime, and reduce line component scrap rates.
Maintain daily shop floor shift reports, operator attendance logs, and production summaries.
Work Type & Benefits:
On-Roll Job, 8 Hours / Rotational Shift, Salary as per company norms.

Qualifications
DME / B.E (Mechanical).
2–4 Years of supervisor experience specifically in the Fabrication Industry.
Strong leadership, shop floor manpower handling, and 5S execution capabilities.
