Production Supervisor

Lead production planning and shop-floor execution to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly manufacturing targets.

Supervise assembly lines and manufacturing operations to ensure strict adherence to quality and safety standards.

Conduct continuous production supervising tasks, identifying line bottlenecks and implementing corrective actions.

Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to optimize equipment utilization and material flow.

Manage shift manpower, assign daily operational tasks, and foster team discipline.

Maintain structured production management records, output logs, yield reports, and shift summaries.

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.

1-3 Yrs of experience in shop floor supervision, production planning, or manufacturing operations.

Hands-on experience with production management frameworks and line balancing techniques.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
