Production Supervisor

Ensure that all visual management displays within the assigned perimeter (QCDM by APT, QCDM & compliance boards) are strictly updated and maintained.

Oversee day-to-day shop floor manufacturing schedules and optimize production line throughput.

Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) routines and lean manufacturing methodologies such as Kaizen.

Coordinate with supply chain management to maintain seamless raw material flow and minimize line downtime.

Conduct operator training on safety protocols, work instructions, and quality standards.

Maintain complete production shift logs, output trackers, efficiency reports, and downtime documentation.

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields.

1-3 Yrs of experience in shop floor supervision, manufacturing operations, or automotive production.

Strong knowledge of TPM, Kaizen methodologies, production scheduling, and visual management (QCDM).

Excellent leadership, operator coaching, and line management capabilities.
