Job Description
Prepare, optimize, and maintain multi-stage production schedules across precision machining and engineering operations.
Plan machine loading, cycle times, and shift allocations for CNC, VMC, and conventional machining lines.
Execute Material Requirement Planning (MRP) and ensure on-time availability of raw materials, cutting tools, jigs, and fixtures.
Coordinate cross-functionally with production, quality assurance, stores, and maintenance to resolve shop floor bottlenecks and minimize idle machine time.
Monitor daily work-in-progress (WIP), track schedule adherence, and ensure on-time delivery of precision engineering components.
Generate production MIS reports, capacity utilization analyses, and operational performance metrics using MS Excel / ERP.
Compensation Details:
Approx. CTC: ₹4.00 to ₹5.00 Lakhs PA (4–5 Lacs PA)
Qualifications
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
3 to 6 Years of core experience in Production Planning and Control (PPC) within precision engineering, CNC/VMC machining, or tooling industries.
Strong knowledge of machining processes (CNC/VMC turning, milling, grinding, fabrication).
High proficiency in ERP/MRP systems, production scheduling, and advanced MS Excel.
