Production Operators

Operate production machinery and assembly line equipment in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Collaborate effectively with team members and coworkers to achieve daily shift production targets and operational goals.

Conduct basic in-process quality control checks and visual inspections to identify defects or deviations early.

Perform minor routine machine adjustments, basic repairs, and general equipment upkeep.

Adhere strictly to shop floor safety norms, 5S workplace organization guidelines, and company policies.

Maintain daily output logs and report machine malfunctions or line delays to supervisors immediately.

10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma in any technical trade (Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Fitter, etc.) or equivalent.

1 to 3 Years of practical experience as a machine operator or assembly line technician in a manufacturing setup.

Strong team-player attitude, reliability, and willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Basic understanding of machine operation, tool handling, and shop floor safety practices.
