Job Description
Direct and manage comprehensive weld shop and press shop operations to meet manufacturing schedules and organizational goals.
Implement effective production planning and control (PPC) mechanisms to optimize workflow and asset utilization.
Drive productivity improvement, quality control, and rigorous rejection reduction initiatives across the shop floor.
Execute cost reduction programs, supervise manpower deployment, and champion continuous process improvement within the fabrication and auto-ancillary domain.
Shift Details: 8 Hours shift.
Qualifications
Education: B.E. (Mechanical) or DME (Diploma in Mechanical Engineering).
Experience: 15+ Years of relevant experience.
Industry Background: Fabrication or Auto Ancillary Industry.
Gender Preference: Male candidates only.
