Job Description
Supervise daily line operations across welding and sheet metal pressing stations.
Assign tasks to machine operators, welders, and line technicians according to shift schedules.
Monitor in-process component quality, weld bead consistency, and pressing dimensions against standard drawings.
Troubleshoot minor line stoppages, tool misalignments, and fixture setup issues swiftly.
Ensure operators adhere strictly to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) rules and safe operating practices.
Maintain shift-wise production output registers, rejection sheets, and operator attendance records.

Shift: 8 Hours.

Qualifications
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) or relevant technical qualification / ITI.
Relevant supervisory experience on welding and pressing assembly lines.
Solid practical knowledge of welding standards, press tools, and sheet metal fabrication.
Good communication, line coordination, and problem-solving skills.
