Job Description

Direct shop-floor operations as Production incharge, ensuring daily manufacturing targets and cycle times are met.

Manage Line management routines, overseeing shift operators, assembly speed, and workflow continuity.

Supervise FITTER operations, mechanical assembly, component alignment, and structural fittings on the assembly line.

Maintain quality standards and operational discipline specific to the Automobile manufacturing environment.

Perform routine checks on machinery Fitness and tool maintenance to prevent line stoppages.

Oversee shift handovers, daily output logging, and material utilization checks under Production targets.

Coordinate with quality inspection teams to resolve immediate shop-floor defects and component alignment issues.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, ITI (Fitter), or related technical streams.

0–1 Yrs of experience, making it ideal for entry-level candidates, freshers, and junior production supervisors.

Hands-on practical understanding of automotive assembly lines, mechanical fitting, and shift coordination.

High shop-floor discipline, problem-solving agility, and clear communication habits.
