Production Helper

Support manufacturing and assembly line operators in the preparation and fabrication of solar equipment.

Assist with loading, unloading, shifting, and stacking raw materials, solar modules, and finished units within the factory floor.

Handle packing, labeling, boxing, and dispatch preparation of outgoing orders.

Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety compliance across workstations and storage areas.

Follow instructions from production supervisors to achieve planned daily production targets.

8th Pass / 10th Pass / Higher Secondary (10+2).

0 to 1 year of experience in factory operations, warehouse assistance, or production help (freshers welcome).

Physical stamina and willingness to perform manual handling and assembly tasks.

Punctual, disciplined, and capable of working well in a team environment.

Basic awareness of industrial safety standards and protective equipment (PPE).
