Production Engineer

Direct shop-floor manufacturing operations in Chemical Production lines, ensuring safety, batch compliance, and continuous output.

Manage end-to-end Production Planning to align batch processing schedules with customer fulfillment timelines.

Apply core Production Engineering principles to optimize chemical mixing cycles, material yields, and machine run-times.

Supervise daily floor operators, monitoring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.

Coordinate with quality control teams to inspect raw materials, batch consistency, and finished chemical products.

Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvement routines to reduce batch cycle times.

Maintain complete shift execution logs, yield reconciliation records, and daily output summaries.

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.

0–1 Yrs of experience, making it ideal for fresh graduates and entry-level production engineers.
