Job Description
Manage and oversee the production process to ensure maximum manufacturing efficiency and throughput.
Monitor battery/energy manufacturing assembly lines to ensure compliance with product quality control specifications.
Apply mechanical engineering principles to troubleshoot equipment failures and maintain line balancing.
Collaborate with quality and maintenance teams to execute continuous process improvements and reduce defect rates.
Supervise shift workers, ensuring high productivity, shop-floor discipline, and safety adherence.
Maintain structured daily manufacturing output reports, shift handovers, and operational performance logs.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Production Engineering.
1–3 Yrs of core experience in manufacturing assembly lines, battery engineering, or production operations.
Strong background in mechanical engineering principles, quality control methodologies, and shop-floor management.
Good technical troubleshooting, team coordination, and problem-solving habits.
