Job Description
Direct daily shift planning and Ensure 4M availability - Man, Machine, Material and Method on the production floor.
Manage Compression Molding operations and rubber component manufacturing lines.
Maintain operational compliance with IATF (IATF 16949) automotive quality standards.
Utilize Skills Knowledge of rubber manufacturing to optimize curing times, molding parameters, and material usage.
Execute direct Production Operations supervision, tracking scrap rates and output efficiency metrics.
Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure regular machine upkeep and reduce mold downtime.
Maintain comprehensive records of daily production shifts, 4M allocation logs, and quality rejection reports.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Polymer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related streams.
0-1 Yrs of experience in rubber molding, polymer processing, or automotive component manufacturing.
In-depth knowledge of compression molding, IATF quality systems, and rubber processing techniques.
Strong shift planning discipline, resource allocation skills, and operational troubleshooting capabilities.
