Production Engineer

Plan, organize, and control daily production activities to achieve target manufacturing outputs safely.

Oversee chemical plant operations, monitoring raw material utilization and process flow efficiency.

Implement process engineering principles to minimize operational downtime, batch variance, and waste.

Exercise operational leadership on the shop floor, managing shift operators and production teams.

Ensure strict adherence to plant safety, quality control standards, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Maintain complete daily production shift logs, output reports, and batch processing documentation.

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Production Engineering.

1-3 Yrs of hands-on experience in chemical manufacturing, plant operations, or production engineering.

Strong leadership qualities, shop-floor management skills, and process control understanding.

Analytical mindset focused on operational safety and continuous productivity enhancement.
