Production Engineer

Oversee the production process to ensure maximum efficiency and product output quality across continuous manufacturing operations.

Monitor chemical/fertilizer manufacturing lines, enforcing process parameters and cycle time compliance.

Coordinate with quality control teams to maintain product standards and reduce batch defect rates.

Apply core engineering principles to diagnose line bottlenecks and implement problem solving methods.

Optimize raw material usage, reduce waste generation, and improve equipment overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).

Conduct regular shop-floor inspections, ensuring operational safety and plant compliance routines.

Maintain complete daily production logs, output records, and yield tracking reports.

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related streams.

1-3 Yrs of hands-on experience in production operations within chemical, fertilizer, or heavy process industries.

Strong baseline understanding of chemical process equipment, quality management systems, and plant safety protocols.

Excellent technical troubleshooting, analytical problem-solving, and team coordination capabilities.
