Job Description
Supervise day-to-day plastic manufacturing, injection moulding, and production shop floor operations.
Monitor machine output, cycle times, and operator allocations to meet daily shift production targets.
Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to minimize line downtime and scrap generation.
Ensure strict adherence to shop floor safety norms, 5S methodologies, and operational standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Prepare daily shift production logs, machine utilization records, and material consumption reports.

Qualifications
Diploma / B.E. (Mechanical / Production / Plastics / Automobile) or Any Degree.
Experience: 0 to 1+ Yrs (Freshers can apply | 1+ year experience preferred).
Basic understanding of plastic manufacturing processes, shop floor supervision, and machine operations.
Strong dedication to teamwork, shift coordination, and problem-solving.
