Production Engineer

Plan, lead, and optimize daily production workflows across sheet metal cutting, bending, welding, fitting, painting, and final assembly lines.

Allocate daily work targets to operators, technicians, and contract workers, balancing line capacity to meet promised production dispatch deadlines.

Monitor machine uptime and coordinate with maintenance technicians for rapid troubleshooting to avoid unscheduled equipment downtime.

Champion continuous improvement initiatives using Kaizen, 5S, and Lean Manufacturing principles to eliminate process bottlenecks and reduce cycle times.

Ensure factory operations comply strictly with industrial safety guidelines, PPE mandates, and environmental regulations.

Prepare shift production reports, track material utilization to minimize scrap, and oversee shift-to-shift handover logs.

DME (Diploma in Mechanical Engineering) or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.

0 to 2 Years of practical experience in shop floor manufacturing, sheet metal fabrication, or mechanical assembly.

Proven leadership and supervision capabilities to manage floor workers, solve conflicts, and drive productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Good understanding of welding methods (MIG/TIG), CNC press brakes, shearing machines, and structural fabrication sequences.

Problem-solving mindset with the flexibility to adapt to evolving production schedules and shift requirements.
