Production Engineer

Execute detailed Production Planning and daily shop-floor schedule allocations to meet automotive delivery timelines.

Prepare standardized work instructions and Operational Control Procedures (OCP) as required for assembly operations.

Lead Manpower Handling and line balancing efforts to maximize workforce efficiency and operational safety.

Apply Production Management strategies to monitor overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and minimize downtime.

Coordinate with quality control and tooling teams to address assembly issues and component defects promptly.

Maintain organized production records, OCP compliance logs, and shift manpower utilization sheets.

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or Production Engineering.

1-3 Yrs of relevant experience in automotive manufacturing, production planning, and shop-floor supervision.

Deep knowledge of work instruction preparation, OCP creation, and manpower allocation methods.

Proven leadership capability, automotive manufacturing background, and operational discipline.
