Production Engineer

Prepare production MIS, shift reports, and productivity analysis to evaluate daily manufacturing performance.

Implement Line Balancing strategies on the assembly shop floor to reduce bottlenecks and optimize cycle times.

Conduct Root Cause Analysis on production downtime, quality non-conformances, and component failures.

Utilize ERP systems to track work orders, raw material movement, and output logs across manufacturing lines.

Drive Continuous improvement projects to enhance overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and operational efficiency.

Maintain complete daily production logs, shift handovers, and performance tracking dashboards.

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.

1-3 Yrs of experience in production engineering, shop floor management, and assembly line operations.

Hands-on proficiency in ERP platforms, line balancing methodologies, and root cause analysis tools.

Strong analytical, reporting, and team management capabilities.
