Production Engineer

Direct daily Shop Floor manufacturing operations to maintain production schedules and component targets.

Execute Production Management routines, overseeing daily shift execution, labor deployment, and workflow.

Apply Production Engineering principles across Fabrication and assembly lines to improve line flow.

Coordinate with quality control teams to inspect structural fabrications and component dimensions.

Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process efficiency measures to minimize cycle times.

Enforce shop-floor safety protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and equipment maintenance routines.

Maintain clean daily output registers, shift handovers, and material consumption reports.

Diploma or BE / BTech degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institute.

1–3 Yrs of experience in shop-floor production management, mechanical engineering, or fabrication.

Practical understanding of fabrication processes, shop-floor management, and line balancing.

Excellent team leadership, communication habits, and problem-solving abilities.
