Production Engineer

Oversee continuous shop-floor manufacturing in Cable Manufacturing lines within Industrial Automation Solutions.

Monitor key Cable processes including Extrusion, Insulation, and armouring operations.

Execute stringent Testing Process routines to verify conductor resistance, insulation thickness, and mechanical strength.

Optimize production parameters to maximize output efficiency and reduce scrap rates during cable extrusion runs.

Supervise floor operators and line technicians to maintain product quality standards and machine utilization.

Troubleshoot operational process bottlenecks on cable manufacturing machinery.

Maintain complete daily production logs, machine output records, and quality check reports.

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Polymer Engineering.

3-5 Yrs of hands-on experience in cable manufacturing, extrusion processes, and plant operations.

Specialized knowledge of extrusion, cable armouring, insulation methods, and cable testing standards.

Strong shop-floor coordination, diagnostic troubleshooting, and process optimization skills.
