Product Manager

Support the Trust Security Product team in defining, developing, and executing the core product roadmap.
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and security teams to deliver high-availability fintech solutions.
Translate high-level business logic into comprehensive epics, user stories, and technical requirements.
Conduct extensive business analysis to identify market needs, system bottlenecks, and strategic dependencies.
Maintain clean documentation, feature releases, and project alignment utilizing platforms like Confluence.
Bridge the gap between technical developers and business analysts to optimize software delivery lifecycles.
Manage post-release monitoring workflows, user feedback channels, and feature performance metrics.

Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, or a related discipline.
1-3 years of professional software product management experience, preferably in banking or enterprise security.
Strong baseline knowledge of financial security systems, threat trust domains, and risk management.
Direct hands-on expertise building project epics, agile lifecycle frameworks, and working alongside business analysts.
Exceptional communication, collaborative problem-solving, and cross-functional team coordination skills.
