Job Description
Direct the full product development lifecycle from preliminary market research to technical deployment.
Formulate comprehensive product strategies and operational roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
Partner with engineering, UI/UX, and marketing teams to build and scale B2B marketplace features.
Execute product marketing strategies to optimize user adoption and marketplace conversions.
Analyze user feedback, system metrics, and competitor trends to guide feature prioritization.
Translate intricate business requirements into precise technical specifications and user stories.
Coordinate cross-functional launch plans and track post-release performance metrics systematically.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, or a related field.
1-3 years of proven professional experience operating successfully as a Product Manager.
Prior experience in handling B2B platforms, e-commerce applications, or marketplace solutions.
Strong strategic thinking capabilities combined with an analytical, data-driven approach to problem-solving.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to steer cross-functional teams effectively.
